What is Remedial Massage?

A Remedial Massage Therapist is able to help any form of muscle tension. The remedial massage therapist will assess what may be causing your pain and where you need treatment. What is Trigger Point Therapy?

There are a number of areas around the body that when triggered can reproduce referred symptoms. These points are known as trigger points though are commonly referred to as a 'knot'. Sometimes these areas are contained within the site of the pain though can also be in areas away from the site of pain.
Myotherapists are trained to stimulate these trigger points using a number of techniques to aid in the reduction of pain.

What is Dry Needling?
